Princess Buttercup

Buttercup, or as she is officially referred to as “Princess Buttercup” is named after the princess in the movie The Princess Bride.  The family she came from had every intention of getting her a bull Wesley but due to some life complications had to give her up after having her as an only cow for three years.  We were happy to add her to our herd and we are looking forward to seeing how beautiful her little calves will be.  She is the perfect example of a black and white high-park mix.

• Buttercup has a beautiful black and white high-park coloring.
• From an only cow to a herd of 30, it was a little adjustment for Buttercup.
• She is going to be a good match to our bull of the same color, White Bear.
